Setup Technician for Blow Molding - TX

We are seeking an experienced Setup Technician to support the setup, operation, maintenance, and optimization of blow molding equipment used in the production of high-quality plastic bottles. This role is critical to keeping production running efficiently while maintaining strict quality and safety standards. 

• Set up and configure blow molding machines for production runs 
• Adjust machinery to ensure proper operation and product quality 
• Monitor machine startup and shutdown procedures 
• Troubleshoot mechanical and operational issues 
• Perform minor repairs and coordinate major repairs with maintenance teams 
• Maintain machine settings, maintenance logs, and production records 
• Ensure compliance with all safety and operational procedures 

• High school diploma or equivalent required 
• Technical certification preferred (Mechanical, Industrial Maintenance, or related field) 
• Minimum 2 years of experience with blow molding or similar industrial machinery 
• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills 
• Attention to detail and commitment to quality 
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team 

• Manufacturing environment with exposure to noise, chemicals, and varying temperatures 
• Ability to work shifts, including nights, weekends, and overtime as needed
